Who should use this page to process a payment?
Use this page if we have asked you to make a payment here. In most cases, this would indicate that we were unable to process your automatic payment which can occur for a variety of reasons.
Use this page if your scheduled automatic billing has not taken place. In most cases, this would indicate that we have attempted to contact you, but you have not seen our notices. As an alternative, you can contact the Billing department to determine what (if any) issues might exist. Or you can provide updated billing information if your billing details have changed (see below).
Who does NOT need to use this page?
Do not use this page to provide new billing information only (see below).
Do not use this page if you are attempting to change from monthly billing to a long-term payment. Instead, you can contact the Billing department with your specific request and we can process your desired payment. Please make sure that we have your current billing information (see below).
Do NOT use this page to switch from one Network or service plan to another. If you would like to switch to the Network 6 300-Hour Plan, please click here. If you would like to switch to the Network 5 200-Hour Plan, please click here. If you would like to switch to the Network 5 60-Hour Plan, please click here. Again, please make sure that we have your current billing information (see below).
How do I update my billing information?
It is very important that you keep your billing information up to date. In order to process your payments, we need to have your credit (or debit) card number, your credit/debit card expiration date, and the billing address that your bank or credit card company has on file for your account. If any of this information is inaccurate or incomplete, we cannot process your payment which may result in account deactivation. To update your billing details, click on the "Update Your Info" link on the left side of this page or click here. If you are processing your own payment from this page (which will require your current billing information), you do not need to complete the billing update form at this time.
Use the form below to add additional months of service to your existing account. Choose the number of months you want to add (in addition to any time remaining on your current paid service term) from the selections below. After clicking the button at the bottom of the form, you will be taken to the secure payment page. Fill out and submit the secure payment form to immediately make your selected payment. We will credit your account with the additional month(s) of service and you will receive an instant receipt by email.
